3. Product Availability & Substitutions
3.1. Availability
All floral arrangements are subject to availability. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, certain varieties may not always be in stock. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining the design and quality.
3.2. Customization
Customized bouquets and arrangements are non-refundable. Please ensure all custom instructions are provided clearly during order placement.
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1. Currency
All prices on our Website are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Order Processing and Delivery
5.1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, but a record of your order request.
5.2. Delivery Areas
We deliver across major cities in the UAE, including but not limited to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Al Ain. Please check our delivery page for serviceable areas.
5.3. Delivery Timing
Standard Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [Insert Time].
Timed Delivery: You may request specific time slots at an additional charge, subject to availability.
5.4. Recipient Unavailability
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
We will attempt a second delivery or contact the customer for alternative instructions.
If we cannot deliver, the flowers will be returned to our facility and kept in good condition for 24 hours. No refunds will be provided for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may incur a charge or may not be refundable, depending on the preparation status.
6.2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Non-delivery of order due to Le Laro’s error.
Significant damage to the product upon delivery (must be reported within 2 hours with photo evidence).
6.3. Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized floral arrangements.
Products damaged due to recipient mishandling or delayed collection.
7. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will provide replacements under the following conditions:
Flowers received are significantly different from those ordered.
The product was delivered in a visibly poor condition and proof is provided.
All claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery, and we may request photographic evidence.
8. Customer Accounts
You may create an account on our Website to manage your orders, save preferences, and view order history. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Le Laro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
9. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons
Any promotional codes, discounts, or coupon offers are subject to specific terms and expiry dates. Le Laro reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions without prior notice. Coupons cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
